Kristen Minihan | Executive Director | ADP As Executive Director, Kristen ensures success for individual business owners, the chamber at large and the North Bay Village community. She is a proud University of Florida Alumni. She currently works as a District Manager for ADP's major accounts. In her free time, you can catch her walking her sweet Goldendoodle Emmy by the bay, trying a new restaurant or a challenging workout class! ”Everyday I appreciate the opportunity to support our local businesses through innovative networking, marketing and leadership opportunities! | Alexandra (Allie) Eichner | Founding Member | The Continuum Company Alexandra Eichner serves as President of Continuum Company Miami, leading the firm’s South Florida development portfolio. She has been instrumental in the company’s re-entry into the region, overseeing the launch of three condominium projects and driving over $600 million in sales. Continuum Company has developed more than 14 million square feet of real estate, totaling over $7 billion, with a legacy of transformative projects, including The Continuum in South Beach and The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. In South Florida, Ms. Eichner is leading the development of approximately 1 million square feet of residential real estate, including the Continuum Club & Residences in North Bay Village and the newly launched Palm Tree Club Hotel & Restaurant on the former Shuckers and Best Western site Beyond development, Ms. Eichner worked with public officials to enact a workforce housing law in North Bay Village, a rare achievement for a private-sector developer. Ms. Eichner began at Continuum Company as an assistant project manager in New York and relocated to South Florida to lead the company’s efforts, breaking its 20-year development hiatus in the region. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and East Asian Languages & Civilization from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating Summa Cum Laude. |
| Daniele Zamor | Founding Member | KLA Schools Danièle brings over 40 years of experience in administration. In Haiti, she managed the family business, producing juices and bottled water. She also spent 20 years working for the U.S. Department of state at the U.S. Embassy in Haiti, where she thrived in building relationships with both Haitian and American colleagues, diplomats from various embassies. As one of the founding members of our school, which has proudly served the community since 2013, Danièle is deeply passionate about creating a positive environment and genuinely enjoys interacting with our students. She especially loves being at the front desk, where she can connect with families and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Danièle enjoys cooking for our team members and organizing our school events |
| David O'Hagan | Founding Member | GranVita Realty Group Dave is passionate about community—particularly North Bay Village—with its vibrant future that has begun to unfold. He was a key member of GranVita Realty Group that kickstarted the discussions that led to NBV’s first Chamber of Commerce. Dave enthusiastically brings his diverse experience in sales and marketing, facilitation, consulting, and coaching to the Chamber, and looks forward to together building a Chamber that isn’t your father’s Chamber! But a Chamber that effectively serves the needs of businesses large and small, but also genuinely connects deep into the local community, creating opportunity, creativity, and enthusiasm for the future. |
| Doris Alexandra Acosta Chonillo | Founding Member | Doris305 Doris Acosta is a real estate professional with Compass Real Estate, in Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, where she has worked since 2019. In addition to her successful real estate career, Doris serves as an elected Commissioner for Treasure Island, North Bay Village, where she is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all residents. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Doris began her career as the Ethics and Education Director at the Miami Association of Realtors, the largest local Realtor association in the United States. Over the years, she has held key positions in new condo development, corporate real estate, and operations management at a top luxury real estate firm. Doris earned her Real Estate Broker license in 2008 and continues to focus on residential real estate, serving her clients with professionalism and integrity. Since 2009, Doris has also been a dedicated member of the Professional Standards and Ethics Panel Board of the Miami Association of Realtors, helping maintain high ethical standards in the industry. Her commitment to community service is unwavering. Doris has actively contributed to North Bay Village by serving on various Village boards and advocating for local initiatives. Her leadership, integrity, and dedication make her a proud Founding Member of the North Bay Village Chamber of Commerce. |
| Ekaterina Parra | Treasurer | NBV Accounting Ekaterina Parra is serving as the treasurer for the Chamber of Commerce. With over fourteen years of experience in financial management, she specializes in financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and compliance. Originally from Bulgaria, she studied business administration and financial controlling in France before starting her career at Merck as an assistant controller. After moving to North Bay Village in 2013, she worked for accountants in Miami, where she discovered her passion for helping small businesses. In 2022, she founded NBV Accounting Inc. to provide tailored financial solutions, driven by her commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and client-focused service. |
| James Bry | Founding Member | Sunbeam Development James Bry currently serves as Executive Vice President of Development for Sunbeam Properties and Sunbeam Development, privately held real estate companies headquartered in Miami, FL. The companies’ portfolio, located in South Florida and Indianapolis, consists of approximately 13 million square feet of flex office, light industrial and warehouses, plus approximately 1 million square feet of retail space. Mr. Bry joined Sunbeam in 2021 for the purpose of building a mixed-use platform and portfolio for the company. Mr. Bry is working on development of approximately 6,000 multi-family units, over 600,000 square feet of retail space, 200,000 square feet of Class A office and roughly 600 hotel keys across three separate communities. Mr. Bry received his master’s degree in Architecture from Tulane University in 1991 and has had continued success in the field for over 30 years. Mr. Bry currently resides in Coconut Grove FL with his wife Ixora and his son Daniel. |

| Paul Bensabat | Founding Member | Riviera Horizons Paul Bensabat (and his partner Mikael Hamaoui) are the developers of the Pagani Residences, located at 7940 West Drive in Harbor Island. The Pagani Residences are the first condominium in the world to which Pagani (the famous Italian hyper car manufacturer) has granted its name. 70 large, luxurious and meticulously built all corner units with 11’ ceilings and 11’ balconies, bringing to North Bay Village a welcome international touch. |
| Sophia Zamor | Founding Member | KLA Schools Sophia is an Industrial Engineer with 20 years of experience in 6 countries. She managed the innovation and marketing for the Huggies, Pullups and Goodnites Brands for Latin America for several years and learned so much about babies and toddlers! She spent 11 years managing our family business in Haiti, providing drinking water and beverages. She found her true passion for education when her two sons started their schooling, and was elected Vice-president of the school board of the French School in Haiti. She spent five years working with families and the French Staff to provide the highest quality education for over 600 students. Founding KLA in 2013 has allowed us to have a lasting impact on so many young lives in our beautiful North Bay Village community. In her free time, she loves to read and cheer at her son’s soccer games! |
