If you're with us on that, join us at 10am on Saturday August 29 at our new NBV Chamber member YAYA Coastal Cuisine for an outdoor yoga session. 

Our Saturday morning together:

• 10am: Welcome and introductions
• 10.30am: Yoga by the water
• 11.30am: Light bites & refreshments

Fee: No cost for both NBV Chamber members and non-members

Friendly requirements: 

• Yoga mat: Please bring your own (or this might be the perfect reason to buy one!)
• Enthusiasm: Bring your good energy for an invigorating morning of yoga and engagement with old friends and new!
